Hero World sees major update, more changes coming

Rockyou’s Hero World ( reviewed here ) saw a major update to the game interface and underlying rules last Friday. The most immediately noticeable change is a reorganization of the Missions page, which groups missions by location, making it easierto find the missions you need to reach that next hideout level. Vehicles, which used to cost a dear amount of in-game cash, are now available as rewards for beating certain enemies, and you can now purchase a single piece of armor multiple times, in order to better equip your team of Superfriends.

Restaurant City adds special Valentine’s Day snacks

Love is in the air in Restaurant City as well, with the developers of the game celebrating already the coming of the Valentines Day by replacing the old snacks (foods you can give to your staff to replenish their work time or send to your friends) with some really cool sweets, love-themed. Here’s what the official announcement regarding the introduction of giftable sweets in Restaurant City reads: When sending free snacks to your friends or when feeding your own employees you will notice that the food you can feed your employees with are Valentines Specials! We are sure your workers will appreciate the Ruby Juice, Lolly, Sundae and Sweets! They?ll definetely be on a sugar rush! You?ll also notice that the food prices have changed – but also the amount of time each food add to your employees work time has now been raised!In other words, the new prices of the sweets you can now use in Restaurant City for your staff and to send to your friends are: Ruby Juice – 80 coins (adds 1 hour) Lolly – 150 (adds 2 hours) Sundae – 200 (adds 3 hours) Sweets – 280 (adds 4 hours) There’s no word if the sweets will be gone after Valentines Day… Article reprinted with permission from Social Games Help

Restaurant City: Score up to three free ingredients a day

If you are an active, regular Restaurant Cityplayer and you log in at least once per day (but I kn ow you log in at least twice, like most of us maniacs!), you will be rewarded accordingly by Playfish and you can receive up to three free ingredients per day! How does that work?

Save custom layouts in Restaurant City now!

There are some big changes today in Restaurant City, the most important of them being the addition of custom layouts and the possibility to save different restaurant designs (and switch from one to another) with just one click of the mouse! There are three restaurant designs you can save for your Restaurant City account – you can unlock the second design at level 10 and the third at level 20.
